ARTICO APACHE DYNANOTEX ACID 1

Artico takes your ideas and turns them into our own personal projects. We hand craft unique and technically perfect fishing rods and aim to build you the rod of your dreams. We assemble our rods with Flex Coat resins and treat the colours of the whipping with a Colour Preserver and finish with Anti UV dual component paint. Our Stand Up rod blanks are rigged in Dynanotex and use full Fuji components. These blanks are made using a process called acid mounting, whereby the rod guides start at the top of the blank and then rotate around the blank leaving the final guides and tip under the blank. This guide placement reduces torque allowing the angler to fight larger fish on lighter tackle, with less fatigue. These technical characteristic of the Artico blanks coupled with the use of Acid guide mounting gives our Stand Up rods numerous advantages: 1-The tip remains sensitive and is able to immediately communicate visually when the fishstrikes. 2- This sensitivity drastically decrease the anglers’ effort with the advantage of feeling the real behaviour of the fish. 3-Avoids loss of balance when the recovery of the angler shifts the body’s weight. 4-Avoids the issues involved with oversized fishing line and drastically decrease heat. 5-Avoids swing of the shaft 6-Avoids the needfor useless positioned rodguides and prevents the fishing line from touching the blank. 7-Avoids the rod slamming downduring the fight as the rod cushions powerful lunges. 8-Prevents the need for the angler to follow the direction of the fish because it can be countered laterally. 9-Avoids always having to the hold the rod when releasing the line because the top doesn’t lose sensitivity. 10-Limit the out plug effect, to oversize the shaft’s diameterusessmaller diameter guides that dissipate heat produced by line rubbing through the guides under tension of big fish 11-Enable the angler to calibrate the reels drag with higher precision because the rods shaft indicates the value of the best drag.
