DAIWA 25 SALTIST SD

Daiwa 25 Saltist SD (Star Drag) is a conventional reel engineered to offer the perfect balance of power, precision, and comfort. Built to withstand the harshest marine conditions, this reel stands out for its exceptional versatility: it is the ideal tool for coastal trolling and live bait fishing from a boat, while also excelling in vertical techniques such as slow pitch jigging and heavy bottom fishing for trophy-sized predators.

The build is extremely solid, featuring an aluminum frame and side plate with a protective anodized finish, ensuring rigidity and superior corrosion resistance. The technological heart is the ATD (Automatic Tournament Drag) system with carbon fiber discs: this technology ensures progressive and consistent drag delivery, eliminating initial "stickiness" and allowing you to safely fight powerful species like Snapper, Grouper, and small Tuna.

Rotational smoothness is guaranteed by 4 CRBB (Corrosion Resistant Ball Bearings), specifically treated to withstand salt aggression and maintain flawless performance over time. Thanks to its high-speed retrieve and machined aluminum spool, the Saltist SD allows you to manage lures and fights with maximum efficiency and reliability.
