Right of Withdrawal pursuant to Art. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code

At Tognini Pesca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you received the products.

Mandatory Conditions for Returns

Fishing equipment is technical and delicate. For security reasons and to qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in conditions of total integrity. Specifically:

Fishing Reels & Rods

Must be returned in their original packaging, intact and free of any writing or adhesive tape applied directly to the manufacturer's box. All accessories, manuals, and original protective films must be included.

Lines, Braids & Monofilaments

Must not have been spooled onto a reel, cut, unrolled, or deprived of the factory-applied warranty seal.

Artificial Lures & Terminal Tackle

Must strictly be sealed in their original blister or packaging. We do not accept returns on lures that have been removed from the packaging or tested in water.

Clothing & Bags

Items must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and without any sign of wear or use.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction to the refund if the products show clear signs of use, missing parts, or damage to the original packaging that prevents subsequent resale.

How to Initiate a Return Procedure

Please follow these simple sequential steps to allow us to process your request quickly and safely:

Go to our dedicated online withdrawal form page. Enter your Order Number, your Email address, and select whether you want to request a total or partial return.

Confirm your decision

Review the data summary on Step 2 of the form. If everything is correct, click on "Confirm Definitively".

Pack and ship the items

Pack the items carefully. Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refund Timing and Methods

As soon as the package physically arrives at our shop in Marina di Massa, our staff will verify the integrity of the equipment within 1 to 2 working days.

Once the verification is successfully completed, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, or you can choose a store coupon instead:

Same Payment Method Direct credit to the Credit Card, PayPal account, or Bank Account originally used for the transaction.
Store Credit / Gift Card Creation of a voucher code equal to the return value, instantly usable on our website or in-store with no expiration date.
