TRABUCCO LANCER XTR SURF

The new Trabucco Lancer XTR surf casting reel also responds to the demand for compact size reels, coming from the Light Surf and Beach Legering sectors, with an unprecedented 6500 that easily recovers an enormous amount of line, since its recovery is more thorough than that of the larger size. The slow vertical oscillation and the worm screw work together to give rise to a maniacal arrangement of the coils of line in the throat of the Long cast spool; this positively influences both the distance and the casting accuracy, as well as the duration of the line. And it is in the heart of the spool that there is an interesting technical solution: a small hole allows you to fix the first coil of the line without resorting to the traditional knot, which would take up too much space, given the reduced depth of the spool itself. The headband is assisted by a locking system that avoids accidental closures during the launch; its closure is of the manual type. The Smart Drag clutch amazes for the immediacy of its entry into operation: with a single turn of the wing nut you can go from total tightening to full opening, or vice versa. The bearings are 6 + 1, all in Long Life stainless steel and shielded on both faces to prevent the passage of water and salt that could undermine the rotation. It is possible to buy one or more aluminum spools separately, taking advantage of an unprecedented customization opportunity: you can choose between a spool identical to the main one and one in black with a smooth bottom, specific for braided lines, truly intriguing to give a exclusive reel image. 6 Long Life stainless steel ball bearings.
