seaspin off sw hook

iL MURIGU 45 is a slow sinking Casting hybrid jig. Double structure: transparent outer shell in Abs and inner core formed by a metal alloy jig. It is 89mm long. and weighs 46 grams. Reinforced super sharp hook resistant to marine corrosion 3X, size 1. Suitable for off shore fishing from the boat on the feed of a large number of pelagic predators such as medium sized tunnids: bonito, alletterati, amberjacks and mahi-mahi. It allows a wide range of retrievals and a very long cast that allows the fisherman to cast at a distance from the feed so as not to disturb the fish. The transparent outer shell that covers the colored metal part gives the lure in the water a shiny halo that imitates live fish.

After the 22, 33, 44 and 55 the small size of the very particular jigs from the Sardinian company Seaspin could not be missing. Leppa 11 was therefore born as a response to all salt and fresh water casters who like to use light equipment to search for their favorite predators. The proportions and shape of their older brothers remain unchanged: that particular "anatomy" that makes leppa unique in their kind. The flattened and aerodynamic body with the center of gravity of the bait moved towards the rear make this jig a real "bullet". Its swimming is nervous and wagging even on slow and linear retrieves and the lure responds promptly to jerks producing the classic "side to side" movement generally more common in classic jerk minnows. During the fall towards the bottom the jig, thanks to its knife shape, leaves the vertical trajectory "performing" in a disorderly flickering, accentuated even more by the refraction of the light on the side of the bait formed by three planes slightly angled to each other. Precisely for this feature we decided to arm the metal with a single assist (made up of a resistant cord and a Gamu round Hook size #1) and specifically let's see why: 1 The assist hook is an additional mobile element which creates interest at the sight of the predator. 2 The "lightness" of the assist increases the probability of strikes, especially on predators that suck the bait. 3 If the jig is used on the seabed, the "lightness" of the assist hook avoids unpleasant snags. 4 The Gamu Hook facilitates and speeds up the unhooking phases, making it possible to release the prey. 5 The mobility of the assist hook completely cancels any leverage or twisting effect that often causes the prey to unhook. 6 The robustness of the assist hook makes a small bait like this perform well even on very large prey. Having read these characteristics, one can understand the numerous scenarios in which the Leppa 11 can be used successfully: from classic off-shore feeding (therefore flatfish, horse mackerel, mackerel, sea bream, dolphin fish, dolphinfish, bonito, etc.) to the search for all those seabed such as paragus, gurnards, snappers, scorpion fish and weevers. But also excellent for targeting sea bass, sea bream, bream, bluefish and barracuda from the ground in the foam below the shore. Thanks to its size it is also suitable for use in fresh water: for example dropped towards the bottom of a large lake in search of a real perch or made to flicker in the current of a stream ready to arouse the curiosity of a beautiful trout on the hunt! For the rest, your imagination will be able to find equally valid and effective uses for it!! Target: bonito, amberjack, dolphin fish, tombarello, tuna, horse mackerel, mackerel, weever, royal perch.

SEASPIN LEPPA 11

The Leppa is a metal jig with a flattened shape, not for nothing Leppa, in Sardinian dialect, means \"knife\", and in fact its physiognomy is very reminiscent of that of a dagger. The particularly flat and aerodynamic shape, combined with the center of gravity moved to the rear, allow it to make surprising throws. In the retrieve it allows many customizations: it manages to guarantee a nervous and very attractive swimming even on linear retrieves and at very low speeds and at the same time on jerks it responds with evident lateral jerks almost as if it were a jerk bait instead of a metal jig; with a high rod and a high speed it is possible to make it swim just under the surface, taking advantage of the vortices that it will create as a further source of attraction for predators. It is offered with a special single hook (GĂ mu round hook) instead of the classic treble hook, because it is a more reliable shape against large marine predators. Excellent for both land and boat use, it is suitable for searching for a large number of predators, particularly pelagic ones such as various tunas, bonito, amberjacks and dolphin fish. However, it is not disdained by coastal predators such as snappers and greenhouses; Excellent artificial for fishing on off shore feeders where its swimming characteristics allow very slow passages which allow you to stay in the frenzy zone for longer.

Mommotti 190 looks like a complementary weapon to the younger siblings. It was designed specifically to provide very long casts even in cross winds, often off-limits condition to many traditional lures. Very refined the “fin” on the back, as well as having a stabilizing role, vaguely recalls the garfish physiognomy. Compared to the smaller models of the series it has the treble hooks and the lip reinforced. The ability of this elongated jerk to superior launch has been achieved thanks to a weight of less than 34 g. Excellent perform with wide jerks, and also with cross-currents. Suitable for all species of predators, but in particular on bluefish, sea bass and barracuda. The slight curvature in its ventral part creates a unique and more disordered swimming extremely capturing in particular during jerking action.
